It’s clear this place is being run by people who do not practice the law correctly by any means or following any kind of guidelines. They have hounded my other half with threatening letters from “their client” someone whom he has a child with from many years ago who we are currently taking through court due to her not following any kind of current arrangement with the child. They are stating instructions of what we “should and must do” clearly knowing that their letters hold no legal weight. They have not followed any kind of process and never contacted us to discuss anything whatsoever just wrote a set of demands and sent it to us via email us thinking we would just accept. For some reason think they have any right to send demands for something that is completely biased and quite frankly a disgustingly badly worded letter regarding a child arrangement which has been totally one sided to the other party and her needs rather than anyone else’s including the child.
They also clearly do not know the process as this “client” of theirs has been through mediation 5 times and still does not seem to be able to amicably change and come to an arrangement to suit us also, hence why we are proceeding with court. Our own solicitor was shocked and disgusted at the way they handled things, so much so we made a complaint, of which we were then told “they are aware it has no legal weight they are just simply following what their client has asked them to say and aware that they cannot enforce anything”
My other half was also abused down the phone by two different staff members on two separate occasions, before the phone was then hung up on, on two occasions, whilst trying to discuss why they found it okay to send these letters in the first place and why they are not following the correct protocol. Highly unprofessional with no one wanting to take any kind of responsibility at all. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. It’s clear that they are not doing their job thoroughly, and the mistake made on my case was completely unacceptable. Due to a serious oversight, I missed out on a major opportunity; one that could have easily been saved had the work been handled with even basic care.

Molliee-Mae Harding was responsible for my matter, and the fact that she missed something so clearly flagged by email; shows a lack of attention to detail and poor training. I sent clear documentation well in advance, including dated evidence, but it was ignored until it was too late.

The way this has been handled has left me with a lot of frustration and disappointment. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for legal support.
