Taylor Walton acted for me in respect of a new build purchase, having been the developer’s recommended solicitors. Heather and Caroline were my main points of contact and kept me appropriately updated throughout what became a very protracted conveyancing process due to my purchase being amongst the first on the development, with a number of unexpected issues arising on the developer’s side over the 14-month period between reservation and completion. As a first time buyer, I had many questions throughout the process which Heather primarily took responsibility for responding to, ensuring that I felt supported and reassured throughout.

I have had two dealings with Taylor Walton after the passing of my Grandfather. Firstly, the Grant of Probate. Christine was fantastic and supported me a great deal in order to process this as quickly and efficiently as possible. Secondly, Caroline and Grace who managed the sale of the house. Again, this was processed promptly and I was in regular communication throughout the sale.
