We chose TV Edwards to be our solicitors after a recommendation from a friend and I am SO glad we did. As first-time buyers with no idea what to expect (and heads filled with the sorts of horror stories you see online) we got patient but incredible guidance and representation from Luke Corby-Owen who got us through our flat purchase. The solicitor I worked with had a personal emergency. On two occasions I received promises that my advice would be ready within the week, but nothing. I had to wait 2 months for a 3hr work piece. Once I did receive it, it was not the level of quality I expected based on the first discovery call and the solicitors understanding of the situation. With full empathy to their personal situation, my case should have been handled by someone else over that period.
