My husband was using Copland an sons
He paid for a service to be done which to our acknowledgment had be done until we looked a year down the line that infact has not been done and the company has now got no interest in helping or explaining in why this hasn’t been done. My husband rung many times and every time would be told he would get a call back a never did. This has been absolutely appalling on their behalf. I would advise no one to use this company

Had an absolutely amazing experience at John Copland! I needed to get my documents certified, and James was a gem of a person. He handled everything efficiently and even went the extra mile by offering us to scan the documents.
The receptionist was just as wonderful—super helpful and kind. I had forgotten to bring a printout, and she sorted it out for me without any hassle.
The level of service and professionalism here is top-notch. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Couldn't of faulted anything they did for us. We recently purchased a house and we went with John coplands with recommendations from everyone. So glad we did. It only took just under 4 months after seeing the property to move in and it went so smooth! We mainly were in contact with Gary and he is amazing, always kept us in the loop, made sure we understood every step and was a pleasure to meet in person. Thank-you team for all your help I would highly recommend if purchasing your first home!
