Approaching 7 months having to deal with MRP on the sale and purchase of a property. I have been pushing to exchange since November and the rest of the chain has been waiting since January and is loosing patience. The whole point of this move was to switch before secondary school placements were allocated but MRP have failed to keep pace. Also no change of pace or urgency, despite being told the top of the chain were threatening to pull out. Ive been sent a letter from another file attached to mine which is confusing if I'm missing a document of mine. 3 docs I can't sign as there are typos or incorrect use of titles (Mr rather than Mrs). Wont take my calls or ring me back regarding queries I have and still waiting on replacement documents. Can't wait to see the back of them.

I used MRP Capron in 2022/23 for a transfer of equity and they honestly made my life so stressful.
Emails were left unanswered, at best for weeks and worst, never replied to.
They were rude on the phone and in person, and you were made to feel as if you were wasting their time.
