I needed to update my will and, having seen the damage done by an untrained/unqualified will writer sort out a local solicitor.
I chose TP LAW in Pinner as their quoted costs were reasonable and my first contact by telephone was both professional and friendly.
Alpa Patel, the solicitor, listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and the safeguards I wanted to include.
Alpa made suggestions to ensure all aspects important to me were included in my will and my wishes made clear to avoid, hopefully, any confusion or
disputes after my death.
A draft will was prepared and sent to me for approval and an appointment made for me to sign and have my will witnessed.
