Liberty Solicitors have been a great help with getting my landlord to get started on repairs and maintaining a livable home.

For 4 years I have reported an overwhelming amount of mould, leaks and hazards including parts of the roof missing.

As soon as Uways my solicitor wrote a letter to my landlord, action was made, very slowly but finally some acknowledgement from my landlord.

Most of the repairs are now complete, and landlord is still dragging their feet, but we were able to get compensation which was a nice little bonus.

We even had a recent check up from Uways to see if the repairs had been complete.

I would recommend if you are having problems in your rented accommodation.

Stay away from this Solicitors firm they’re an absolute joke! The immigration lawyers here messed up my husbands visa by uploading the documents a night before his visa appointment. Documents were missing in the application and also the wrong advice was given which caused my husbands visa to get rejected. When they appealed for me , again they sent incomplete application. Now I’m claiming for my money back and I’ve been waiting since before Christmas. Stay away! I wouldn’t even give them a one star tbh
