We hired them and at the beginning they were good.
During the process I’ve been asked to send emails and explain what happened and have a zoom meeting to speak what to do.
We had 3 meetings and they never read my emails before and they always guided us in the direction where they wanted.
We had winning informations and they never used.
At the beginning of December 2025 all of them became unreachable.
Chasing all of them because a letter has arrived and they never contacted us back.
Davide Cupertino replied to us (by text) to contact this number if is an emergency.
We had done hundreds time and even Vicky ( our main contact )
never replied.
We hired another solicitor and we sorted everything.
I recently asked them to send me the invoice for the fees paid and they never sent me back.
Looks like they are vicious in no reply.

Amazing and very professional service received by this law firm and in particular by the Avv. Cupertino and his wonderful team who assisted me throughout the legal ordeal sadly I went through and successfully he and his team brought it to a happy ending with an acquittal.

Used City Solicitors, one of their trading names. Great experience, I phone up 3 days before court date as I was nervous about self representation, they managed to arran her my legal aid application and find a solicitor to represent me. He did an amazing job with what little preparation he had and kept me out of custody for my charge! I don’t expect to be in court in the future but should I find myself in that situation I would be coming to City Solicitors/Consulenti Italiani Law Firm again!

Simply an incredible law firm.
They have successfully helped an individual (Italian) we support with a learning disability to settle details through the courts in Naples! Transparent and updated throughout the process. No request was an issue and responded to personally immediately. Very much client based and highly recommended. Have shared their details already, without hesitation!!!!
