One star because not possible to award zero.
Appalling service.
A firm supposedly working within family law should be expected to have a high level of sensitivity and compassion when dealing with vulnerable clients.
Don't expect any such treatment from this pathetic excuse for a company.
No empathy, no urgency, no consideration.
Communication as and when they feel like it - if at all.
A disgrace to their profession.
I see that a reply has been added hinting that my complaint has been dismissed by the ombudsman? Absoulutely not true - as well you know.
If you were so innocent, why did you offer me a level of financial compensation?
I dismissed the offer therefore the ombudsman could do no more - my choice - but that will never take away from my belief that people should be aware what to expect if foolish enough to instruct your terrible firm.
