RAW Clark completed my conveyancing on my first ever house and I couldn’t compliment them enough. Diane, Jill, Trudie and Justine were absolutely amazing and answered any questions that I had throughout the process. The conveyancing was completed incredibly fast and I am very grateful for all of their support. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will be using them again for my next purchase! 5 stars 🌟 !

Firstly this is Zero stars. Secondly I can see two 5 star reviews with the same sir name as senior partner. Hmm 🤔.. I can't believe that three years after my nightmare, they are still authorised to represent people. I feel the pain if the other 1 Star reviews my condolences! “Do not touch RAW Clark with a bargepole”! I wasn’t the client in this case, my seller was. If it wasn’t for my intervention and constant chasing up the house move would not have happened. There was a two-month gap at one point where nothing was actioned through my solicitor’s request. I have never seen such blame shifting and deceit as this company demonstrated. They lost documents which cased further delays and expense whilst completely denying. The Senior partner needs a lesson in customer service, as the tone of his replies to the client and obnoxiousness on calls to my solicitor were uncalled for and downright rude and unprofessional. Even on the day of the move "which they agreed to", there were unresolved actions that had to be completed. It was nothing short of a miracle we even moved on the day, I fully expected it all to fall through. It was without doubt the most stressful day of my life as so much was at stake and could have been avoided if they got their act together. I repeat, don’t use this company if you treasure your assets and sanity. Just look at the countless other 1* reviews, its not a coincidence.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! They will bring nothing but misery to your house buying process. Throughout the entirety of our move I was close to traumatised by their lack of professionalism, aggressive attitude and appalling lack of communication. Time after time important documents were not checked or sent on time, their phones rang off the hook and other solicitors in our chain were often calling us directly as they could not reach Raw Clark.

I personally lost count of the times they promised to check documents, send something to us or call back yet never did. Everyone in the RAW Clark office has such a bad attitude that it would be worthy of an 'The Office' style nightmare sitcom, were moving house not so stressful.

Tulip is worthy of a particular mention. This bloke is a really nasty piece of work. In the week before our move he seemingly tried to sabotage the whole thing because he decided, during a final review of out completed documents, that some terms in the listing of the house we were buying were not to his satisfaction, despite being totally absent and anonymous during the whole process. I told him directly he has misunderstood a particular detail of an easement agreement, as he had never visited the property, yet he told me I did not know what I was talking about and that we should withdraw and he would unilaterally inform our mortgage provider than RAW Clark did not think the sale should go ahead - putting our whole sale, move and mortgage offer at risk. This all happened 5 days before our move.

Just to confirm I was not going mad, I checked with our excellent mortgage broker, who said he had never experienced anything quite like RAW Clark.

I would rather crawl through broken glass than ever deal with these people again.

PS, I am convinced that the 5 star reviews here are mostly faked, read the real ones and ask yourself if you really need the aggro. If your agent tells you they always work with RAW Clark, just tell them you flaty refuse and save yourself the stress.

I've had to wait nearly 3 years to muster up the energy to write a review. Wish I could leave 0 stars. Disappointed to see that from their recent reviews, nothing has improved.

We went with Raw Clark as they were on the panel recommended through Pattinson's estate agents. I assumed this meant they were credible, I should have checked reviews then I would have steered clear!

Everyone knows buying/ selling a house is stressful but Raw Clark make it akin to being on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Throughout the whole process there was a total lack of communication to us and to the solicitors of our buyers, causing delays to the whole process. Two days before we were due to complete, they were not communicating with us or the other solicitors, we had moving vans booked but we didn't know if we could actually go ahead with the move. When my partner expressed over the phone (after phoning constantly with no answer for days) how their actions were affecting us (I was 6 months pregnant at the time and the extra unnecessary stress was insane), the staff hung up on him. The head guy Alan Tulip then refused to deal with him via email or calls anymore and I was forced to send a pandering email to him in order to get our purchase finished. He literally would have been happy for us to lose the house.

There are so many other examples that I've mostly blocked out of my memory as it was so stressful!

Avoid at all costs.

I had a really good experience working with RAW Clark for the sale of my house. The team were always professional, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I had questions. They kept me updated at every stage and made sure I understood what was happening, which really helped take the stress out of the process.

Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and I felt confident that my case was in good hands from start to finish. I really appreciated their patience and clear communication.
