Robyn's Owen have represented me in a number of matters relating to probate over the last two years. They have done an absolutely superb job despite being posed some significant challenges along the way. I have been very impressed with their legal expertise, professionalism, outstanding local knowledge and communications. They are confident and effective even when working to tight timescales; they achieved everything they promised to deliver and more. I would describe this as an "Old School" law firm with high standards and great integrity, and strong, positive values that are not always apparent in other law firms I have encountered. I thought that their rates were very reasonable too given their level of expertise and ability. I have no hesitation in recommending Robyn's Owen and, should the need arise, I will call upon their services again without a moment's hesitation.

Very poor communication from this company, email responses takes weeks. Just felt I was getting fobbed off by different staff. A company il definitely avoid in the future

My mother and stepfather have used Robyns Owen for many years, spending several hundreds of pounds with them. My mother passed away recently, and I called to ask a simple question about the management of the probate, only to be told “you’re dealing with it, we’re not answering your question”. I find that lack of customer focus and sensitivity at difficult time, in the light of previous money spent with this solicitor, to be quite appalling. Other customers please know what you’re dealing with.
