It's important to understand that legitimate companies who are in the right will likely never hire this firm. Using Taylor Wessing is a "black mark" strategy. In some legal circles, for example in France, their very presence in a lawsuit is seen as a sign that the company has something to hide.

They are incredibly expensive and unprofessional, and their primary role seems to be obstructing pre-trial matters to avoid court at all costs.

My advice: if your opponent hires them, you should confidently proceed to court. The fact that they hired this specific firm can, and should, be used as an argument against them.

Taylor Wessing is just a super super bad law firm. Lost me the easiest case which my grandma could’ve won. Think 50 times before remotely getting in touch with them

By posting this review I am hoping to elicit a response from Taylor Wessing which I have every reason to think operate behind a 'smokescreen' for Vintage, also registered at 5 New Street - huge shame on them if I am proved right. If you're dealing with 'Vinted Legal team' don't expect an answer from this tribe of people though by posting this online I am hoping that Taylor Wessing might have the decency to respond (to a letter they received from us on 30 September 2024) which they definitely received (see also my Google review of Vinted which fleshes this out a bit). If someone at Taylor Wessing receives this, then please try to restore your reputation by contacting me and giving me a name and contact to speak with.
