After hearing good things I'm gutted it was made so hard Getting past the receptionist is exhausting and traumatising on already traumatising situation , doesnt understand disabilities at all. Nigel seemed nice over the phone but getting legal aid was impossible with so many hoops to jump through when it only took my address and stating I'm on esa was enough. I could of had legal aid months ago! I'm now with a different firm where the receptionists are understanding and kind and I got legal aid under 24hrs! Pam please don't make life harder than it already is, esa is a passport for legal aid without 111 pages of forms to fill out and proof letters and bank statements on top!
