Absolutely incompetent, interminably slow, don't do what they say they will and reside so much in the dark ages it's impossible to get anything done. They made an elementary mistake on my mum and dads wills, not severing the tenancy when they should've. It took over 4 months to draft a deed of variation to fix this, leaving us chasing and chasing with unfulfilled promise after unfulfilled promise. Now they are reneging on severing the tenancy unless they register the will trusts which of course we don't want them to do as we have lost any trust in their ability. They've archived the deed of variation despite not being asked to store it or asking if they should and now they won't release it without letters of authority, certified ID and certified proof of address from all parties. None of which they were concerned about when we were all signing the deed. They can't even decide who they will accept us using to certify these documents without checking with a colleague. They couldn't care less that they are causing huge amounts of stress and frustration after dad's death either.

Can't fault Sara West of HGW Verwood. From the moment I contacted to her to the conclusion of Lease preparation for our commercial rental, the contact from her has been impeccable. First time dealing with a conveyancer that I haven't had to chase anything up. Would highly recommend Sara for conveyancing work.

Was lucky enough to have Sara West at Verwood assigned to me for my first ever land purchase, bought at auction. In Sara I have found a first class conveyancer whom I feel I can totally trust and has my back. She has guided me right through this and I feel very blessed that I had somebody that would give me the time and to explain things, in easy to understand terms, so that my knowledge of these things have improved greatly.
Costs were all explained up front, so I knew what to budget for and All the staff there are so friendly and welcoming, I highly recommend them.
