Horrendous experience with HK law solicitor Vicky Reid. At every turn, she either didn't reply or picked on small insignificant points and objected to them, Making the sale almost impossible of a small retirement flat between two elderly people. She refused to pick her phone up to my solicitor Or the estate agents. Who at one point had to even walk around to her office?
She not only held up the sale for seven months but actively put a spanner in every thing that she could
It has left us all completely shattered. I would definitely not recommend her to anybody.

Our family had an extremely frustrating experience with Vicki Reid at HK Law solicitors during the sale of my parents’ flat. Communication was very poor throughout — they were consistently hard to get hold of, rarely returned calls or emails, and provided little to no proactive updates.
This lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary delays and stress to us all and significantly slowed down the sale process. On several occasions, progress only seemed to happen after repeated chasing from our side, which should not be necessary when you are paying for a professional service.
Overall, the handling of the sale felt lazy and disorganised, and we were left feeling that our case was not a priority. I would not recommend this firm based on our experience.

Absolutely awful. Wasted money with this awful company. Changed to a Boscombe company which is a lot lot better.
I really hate the fact that staff look down on you and make you feel second class when you pay them thousands for such a bad job. And not just this branch either. Southbourne is even worse.
One of the worst company's I've ever dealt with.
