I'm more then happy with the service they provide and they always go the extra mile and actually fight for you, even if it is legal aid payment for the job, they still do the best they can for their clients

If I could rate these guys a 0 i would. The nicest people up until they’ve got your money. After that absolutely nothing from them. Act like they’re doing work for you but do absolutely nothing. Whatever time of day you ring, no one is available to speak or so they say. Request a call back that never comes. I myself turned up at the firm and still no one to come and show their face. GENUINELY DONT BOTHER WITH THESE IF YOURE LOOKING FOR SOLICITORS, only good at taking your money. I personally asked for Chris at the start and the only time he dealt with me was to take my money, after that passed down to someone else who didn’t have a clue. Definitely would tell people never to use this firm.
