Collette has recently drawn up trust wills for my wife and myself. We were able to discuss issues by email, phone and in a personal meeting at her house which lasted an hour, before finally meeting to sign the wills. Throughout, Collette was friendly and approachable, professional and very supportive. She was very patient with our questions and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. So, in terms of the service she offered I can only say it was first class; and, in addition, she charges considerably less than you would pay if you went to a firm of solicitors.

Collette takes time to understand the needs of her clients and the details of their particular situation, before providing advice in a very straightforward manner. She avoids jargon but does tend to draw lots of pictures to illustrate her recommendations. These usually involve lots of circles!
