Excellent communication in our house sale and purchase. No question was too silly and were always clearly responded to. Many thanks to Shelley Dancer for her great communications.

I see good and bad reviews from people who use them so every case is individual but from my perspective they get the lowest score.
I was not Frettens client, Frettens being the seller's solicitor and me the buyer. What should have been a quick simple no chain cash purchase was complicated by many factors driven by Frettens.
Five different solicitors past from one to another.
Two locations to deal with over time.
Very slow to reply or just not engaging even with continued requests and prompts.
Basic mistakes on critical documents.
Inability to understand their mistakes without detailed conversation to highlight them.
Driving costs up on my side to get responses, documents and engagement.
I can't comment on the vendors view on the service they received but from my side I would certainly not recommend them to anyone. All I can say is thank god for my solicitor being on the ball.
