Tracey provides excellent 5 star service, if there were more stars available I would give more. Her turn around for enquiries, responding to emails/calls and attention to detail is far beyond exceptional.

Without Tracey’s dedication during our recent sale we would not have exchanged in a last minute scenario as we did.

Lots of back and forth emails for a notary matter. After 4 days of waiting for a quote I called several other notaries who provided instant quotes and all offered to see me the same day and they each explained the process to me (as I had no idea what the process was). Simon Acworth did not bother to explain the process in any of the emails, dispite me saying I didnt know. I initially called Downie and Gadban and they asked me to email Simon, I believe a simple phone call to me to explain the process could have saved time. Downie and Gadban is only a 10 minute walk away but in the end we drove 45 mins to get the notary done elsewhere.
Ultimately, I just don't think they wanted my business (for reasons I do not know) which is a shame as me and my partner need help with a property purchase too, but we will have to look further out for help with that. Very dissapointed.
