James and Charlotte have ensured an extremely positive experience throughout our recent property purchase with their calm, thoughtful and thorough efficiency; and it has been a real pleasure working with them on this, and with James previously on a less straightforward project. I have dealt alot with John Hodge buying and selling properties and they have always been excellent. I personally deal with James Gass, he is very friendly and always keeps you updated on the progress of your enquiries, and will always phone back if we need any information urgently. Can't recommend them enough. Thank you.
