When I was dealing with (executing) my mother’s will as executor, I found Richard Crowther extremely helpful, willing to answer my few queries and give information without an invoice. The will had been made with him many years ago.
I’ve recently updated my own will with him and it was both efficient and economical. Unlike the previous company that I used.

Dreadful shocking service from the wills department supposed to be handling my step fathers will, and the freehold was meant to be passed onto my mother, 7 years later they still have not sorted it. they have asked for a lot of personal information to verify my mothers identity, and they still do not seem to know what they are doing. They may just about be competent to handle a simple will -but anything more complicated I would leave it to a more professional law firm. One solicitor Richard Crowther was shouting at me on the phone in an unprofessional manner about what I had written on a form -I was only following the original freehold form which if they had looked at stated the information I provided they asked to see the original free hold form which we provided them with a copy in advance.
