I could write an essay on how incredible Roxanne has been with helping us on our sale and purchase. Roxanne always replied to our emails promptly. She worked tirelessly to get the job done and her efforts will be remembered by us forever. During Roxanne’s annual leave, the colleague who oversaw her work was also really kind and polite and we weren’t left in the dark during Roxanne’s holiday period! In our chain, our solicitor, Roxanne, was the best, according to our estate agent. We never had to chase Roxanne and her responses to every email were always thorough and clear.
