My daughter was involved in a car accident, when a van came round a corner on the wrong side of the road causing a head-on collision and writing off her car.
For almost five years my daughter has been under the guidance and professional assistance of Richard Moon of Moons Solicitors.
This was anything but a straight forward case of own up and pay up. My daughter was bedridden for over three months and unfortunately was also diagnosed with the highest level of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
