I was very disappointed with quality of service supplied by Sara. Communication was poor. My emails were often ignored and when I did get replies they were vague and lacked support. I turned up early for a meeting which she simply didn't come to. I got no email or phone call, just left outside in the street. I should have listened to my gut.

Called up to get a quote for conveyancing. The receptionist was quite rude, she was correcting me and was not helpful at all. There was long pauses and when she did speak she was condescending. Not a good first impression, I’ll go elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting service. I booked a 2pm appointment, arrived 10 minutes early and was advised to wait in a waiting room. I was still sat there 40 minutes later. Another client then arrived. Waiting 2 minutes and then was invited in before me! Not even an acknowledgment from Sara the solicitor. Bearing in mind I am a previous client. Well was! Iwould never use again.
What's more I could hear Sara's telephone conversations about other clients personal business. Outrageous.

Absolutely brilliant! We used Sara Binning Solicitors several times this year for various reasons and each time we had applicable and excellent service. Sara and her secretary was also so helpful to my wife and I when we telephoned to gain an update about our cases, they were on point and knew exactly what was happening throughout. We are glad to say we had positive outcomes. They are simply ‘THE BEST’!!! We are genuinely happy customers! Thanks again Sara and Secretary😄
