After deciding to move house we were looking for a solicitor in our nearby area and sent a few emails out to ask about there services and costings
Emmtoria law were the only company that replied to me with a comprehensive welcoming email advising of there services and a rough estimate of costs.
We decided to go ahead with them .
From day one there services and customer support and were outstanding .
They worked above and beyond to help and giving solutions to any issues that arose.
On the day of completion they worked together to make things as smooth as possible keeping me informed.
Once everything was completed Emma herself called me to let me know everything was completed and to congratulate us .
I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a professional hassle free service .

My wife and I chose Emmtoria for the conveyancing on our house sale on recommendation, and we’d be happy to recommend them to others too.
As the property was leasehold, the sale wasn’t quite as straightforward as a freehold transaction, and this was made all the more frustrating by delays from the local council. Throughout, Emma and Katherine kept the pressure on and ultimately brought the sale to a successful conclusion, with the equity landing in our account just before close of business on Friday.
