I originally prepared my spouse visa application and extension myself. The decision was supposed to take around 8 weeks, but after waiting 10 months with no update, I contacted my local MP and discovered that my application, which I had submitted under the 5-year route, was being considered under the 10-year route.
After explaining my situation to several immigration solicitors, I chose this team. At first, I wasn't sure if I had made the right decision, but once they started reviewing my case, I immediately saw the difference. They checked every document carefully, paid attention to even the smallest details, and worked incredibly hard to help me, even over the weekend because my case was urgent.

I remember going to Arshad in 2017 with my very complex immigration matter and within half an hour of speaking with him, I felt calm knowing that by the grace of God, my matter would get resolved. Finally, I can confirm my instincts were correct as I conclude my immigration journey. Arshad is a rare type of solicitor to find in this day and age where people trade their intergrity for money.
