Many thanks to both Ian Carnley and Tina Garbutt for their efficiency, availability and friendliness in dealing with our sale and subsequent property purchase. This was made more difficult by the fact that we were living outside the UK but communication was not an issue as calls were returned promptly. Buying and selling properties can be a stressful time and I would recommend Howard and Co, and particularly Ian and Ruth, for making our transactions as stress-free as possible.
