We have been using Murray Hay for many years, and the service is always exceptional. We have recently sold our house and have just exchanged on a new one. Once again, Ian and Sylvia provided excellent communication and timely responses (which is more than can be said for the vendor's solicitor). Thanks guys. We wouldn't use anyone else.

We've just bought our first home and we could not be more happy with just how excellent Magdalena was as our solicitor. She was patient in answering all of our questions, always responded incredibly quickly and was diligent in chasing the seller's solicitors when they went quiet towards the end of the process, getting us over the line to complete on time. We have just sold and bought with Murray Hay Solicitors, and I cannot recommend higher. Anna Wu was excellent from start to finish, with clear advice and regular correspondence. Anna went on Christmas / New Years leave part way through the process, and Anna's colleague Lisa Mansfield seamlessly picked-up the baton (plus Anna remained sending us emails whilst she was off and on the other side of the world!).
For various reasons our transaction was complex, but we always felt we were in safe hands with Anna, who kept pushing the transaction forwards to completion.

It’s hard to imagine a better firm to work with. I bought my first place in 2009, and have just completed on my third in autumn 2025. Ian and team have worked with me on all three (and a couple that I pulled out of). Easy to work with, efficient and straight forward, good value as well. I trust them implicitly. Rebecca is great.
My most recent purchase was through Foxtons Wimbledon. The sellers wanted to sell (empty ex rental) and I was chain free and in a rush - but nevertheless we exchanged in 5 weeks and completed in 6 weeks. The foxtons office have since said they have never had a sale that quick and were raving about how easy Ian and Rebecca were to deal with. Enough said 😄
