We have used this firm 4 times for conveyancing. We know they are not the cheapest, but they are extremely proffesional and efficient. I did try a cheaper solicitor once, who achieved nothing in 4 months and never picked up the phone. Eventually we gave up and we passed the case to Xanthi from Solomon Taylor and Shaw. She resolved it within 2 weeks. I would highly recommend, if you want a solicitor who will always be happy to have a conversation, knows what they are doing and does what is needed as quickly as humanly possible.
