I have been a client of Praktice Legal and have purchased many properties with them, including personal properties, commercial properties and rental properties. Meticulous, friendly and efficient is how I’d describe every transaction I have had with them. A family run business with that personal touch .

My family recently used practice legal for our first buy to let property purchase, we were extremely happy with the service from start to finish.

The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently by Adam and Pete.

Adams Communication was excellent throughout, they always kept us updated and explained everything clearly, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.

I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a property and will definitely use them again in the future on our next buy to let property.

I have only given 1 star as zero wasnt an option.

Save yourself a lot of stress, time and money and use another company.

Completely useless. Very passive aggressive, sarcastic and patronising when replying to any emails where you have questioned why they are so slow and useless.

The Office is that much of a state it looks like the place has been ransacked, extremely unprofessional all round really.

Lied multiple times to us during our purchase which eventually fell through to which Peter had the cheek to blame us for, when I'm actual fact it was a personal family matter with the sellers that couldn't be helped.

I have never dealt with such a set of cowboys.

Then to top it off they charge you an eye watering sum of money for the pleasure of dealing with such incompetence.

If Peter replies saying he has no record of me on file which he does when they get bad review this is another one of their lies.

Avoid at all costs

Bought my first house back in June. Peter, Adam and the team were fantastic every step through the buying process. Helped massively understand all legal terms and talking me through all the paperwork making sure I understood everything. High recommended. Well definitely be using again for all my legal or possibly next house buying experience
