Superb service once again from the Helen Starkie Team! Moving five times in as many years. From Bath to Dorset, via Wiltshire, left me completely fatigued. I was guided gently through each sale and purchase.

If you want fast, efficient, competent, professional service with great communication - I would avoid this law firm completely- especially for Wills and Estate matters.

The level of ‘service’ received by all the beneficiaries over the last 5 years has been diabolical - to the point where Helen Starkie simply ignores us (her clients) now.

In my professional career, I have dealt with hundreds of law firms - including Professors of Law and Kings Council.

Hands down, this is the worst level of ‘service’ from any legal firm that I’ve ever come across.

Despite many beneficiaries complaining (my relatives) - none of us have had our cases dealt with formally as a complaint.

Helen Starkie have failed to provide us with copy of their complaints procedure - which is required by law.

Promises are repeatedly made - and always broken.

Helen Starkie is creating massive amounts of paperwork (great to boost their fee) and stress by hanging on to my late aunts’ money - and failing completely to prove to us where that money is.

Dreadful.

Helen has always given me sound and valuable advice, contracts were sorted out quickly. They only lose a star because sometimes it is hard to get through to the reception, or you don't get a phone call back when expected. However, cannot fault the work done. Pleased to have Helen representing me.

We needed a solicitor to deal with our late Father’s probate, unfortunately we received a very poor service from Jo Wagstaff at this firm and therefore we cannot recommend them.
