Excellent and very thankful for the brief information we received over a pending messy child access case. Friendly and informative too, then followed up with everything discussed in writing too which was ideal as at times it can be quite overwhelming when trying to discuss such delicate things quickly then remembering everything said, and what should be done next etc. Certainly put us on the right road with our case. We would highly recommend for any family law issues you need help with.

I have to say that your whole system of invoicing needs to be looked at more carefully as customers have no idea what they are paying for. I have been unable to track work done and errors on your part have left me confused with the billing. I agreed to a fixed price divorce and received no information about what that included. Was charged in error for phone calls that should have been included in the fixed price and sporadically now seem to be still receiving final bills! Hope there are no more to come!

Awful service, Katie Bottoms was unhelpful towards me and wasn’t knowledgeable in the law at all. She’s an absolutely clueless snowflake. I’m unsure how she keeps her job to be honest. If you ever talk to her you’ll understand what I mean. Can’t string a sentence together. As I was unhappy with the advice given. I asked for a full refund of the twenty four pounds I’d paid for the appointment. I was told I couldn’t have a full refund by her “manager”. So I’m writing bad reviews about these parasites all over the internet. Get ready ladies. Next time conduct yourselves better towards members of the public. Improve your attitudes and give people a full refund they are entitled to if they don’t feel they have been given a good enough service. As I was entitled to BY LAW. One star on everything. Don’t bother using this service. It’s an absolute waste of your money and they are just unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. I’ve never met a manager with such a disgusting, unprofessional attitude. 🖕🏻🖕🏻

Can not recommend this firm enough, we delt with two people from this company and both did an excellent job,
Jonathan was our main solicitor he was very polite, straight to the point and told us straight what his thoughts would be and how to move forward.
He was also very happy to go in which ever direction we wanted to go and gave advise on those matters to.
He always rang back when he was available and kept us up to date with how our case was progressing via emails or phone calls.The other lady's on reception were a delight to speak to as well.
Overall we got what we wanted out of the court process and are extremely happy with all aspects of the service we received and will be going back in the new year to use his services again. Thanks Jono
