I have been a Forensic Therapist since 2015 and have had many clients that have used MacMillans Solicitors. They have spoken extremely highly of them and found them supportive, reliable and professional. In all of my dealings with them, I have been impressed by their fast response, their compassion towards their clients and attention to detail and excellent advice.

I recently found myself in a spot of bother with the law. Fortunately I found and contacted McMillans Solicitors.

From the very first telephone consultation, right the way through to my sentance at Crown Court, Joe was there, offering his expertise and support, whether it be emotional or legal. Whenever I needed a question answering, he was there on the other end of the telephone, night and day.

Joe and his team are non-judgemental, honest and they certainly know their area of the law inside and out.

Recently changed name from criminal solicitors. Still the same terrible company run by Joe Happe. When I went to see him he advised me to plead not guilty to all charges. Joanna Life attended my plea and looked through the evidence and said that I had a case. I pleaded not guilty and went to trial. In the months leading up to the trial I had contact with a secretary who seemed quite professional. She gathered the evidence that I had in my defence. I didn't hear from anyone until the day before my trial when I got a voice mail from a solicitor that I'd never heard of or spoken to. I turned up to trial the next day and was met by Elizabeth Neal, my solicitor. She turned out to be completely incompetent. She failed to use any of the evidence obtained and seemed as though she hadn't even read my case. She failed to get my name right through the whole trial. I was found guilty of all charges. I would not let Mcmillans represent me again even if they worked for free which they certainly don't.
From all of the excellent reviews that I see about Joanna Life I wonder if it would of been a different outcome if she had bothered to turn up to my case. Oh well, will never know now.
