Wains Solicitors Macclesfield have been amazing in supporting my buying my first home. They always get back to me rapidly with queries and are proactive to get jobs done. They kept me in the loop the whole time and reassured me throughout the process. Everyone was so friendly and personable when I spoke with them. Sarah and Jeanette in particular are brilliant solicitors and I could not recommend them more!

Kiri was absolutely exceptional during my house purchase. My sister and her husband recommended Wains and Kiri, as they used them for their house purchase. You hear horror stories of solicitors being completely unresponsive and uncontactable. This is absolutely NOT the case with Wains. Kiri usually responded to my emails within the hour with answers to any questions I had. My house completion was so fast and I’m so sure this wouldn’t have happened without the excellent service from Wains. I would highly recommend them (and specifically Kiri) to anyone!

I have used Wains many times over the years and I cannot fault them. This time they sold our House for us. It fell through twice and so I was very stressed. I never had to go into their office in Macclesfield as the house we sold and were living in was on the South coast. I’m not particularly computer savvy but they helped me with everything. I dealt with Melony, Melanie and Kate and they are all knowledgeable and were very patient and kind with me. I cannot recommend them enough and for the amount of work they did for us we expected a much bigger bill. Lovely loyal and caring practice.
