Ward Hadaway, especially Heather Armstrong and Emily Stott have been fantastic in their support and advice from their inception of my matrimonial dispute and following court appearance with the family court regarding a different dispute. I can not fault their hard work and due diligence with each matter from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend their services and the proffesionalism they exude and work hard to maintain. These women are not only professional but add a layer of personality and genuine interest in each case in order to maintain that client relationship which I feel is a great touch and certainly made me feel extremely comfortable in such personal and difficult circumstances.
Many thanks to both and you are a credit to the Ward Hadaway team. I wish you well for the future.

My experience with Ward Hadaway raises serious questions about their professional standards & ethics. They advanced a legal claim against me, making serious allegations that their own client later admitted they have no documented evidence to support. When I formally challenged Ward Hadaway to demonstrate the accuracy, and veracity, of these allegations, they suspiciously refused to do so. This is a clear breach of their regulatory obligations.
A senior solicitor of theirs then attempted to cover up this refusal by dishonestly and ridiculously claiming that the accusatory letter they sent to me was private and confidential, and protected by Legal Professional Privilege. This was a clear attempt to mislead me and deny me my statutory rights. Ward Hadaway's refusal to demonstrate the accuracy and veracity of their claims, combined with their use of dishonest tactics, should serve as a serious warning to anyone considering their services. I would strongly advise against having anything to do with this firm.
In short, they made false and malicious allegations against me, I called their bluff, and they’ve done nothing but make ludicrous excuses to cover for their dishonesty since.

If you are confused about which solicitor to pick for your divorce like I was- pick Ward Hadaway.
They guided me through an impossible time and from a position that all but seemed lost, to a 50-50 shared care outcome for my children.
Readily available on the phone or email, and going above and beyond out of hours to help in urgent situations, the customer service was second to none.
In correspondence with the other side, I felt like I was with an extremely professional outfit, calmly dealing with emotive subjects, at the same time furthering my own interests towards a successful outcome.
Not the cheapest, but I feel it was absolutely money well spent, and a far better product than more expensive solicitors in Newcastle.
I don’t write reviews, but if this can help someone who is feeling overwhelmed it will be worth it.
