Where do I begin with this lot 😂😂 they sent letters to my address to someone else, when the account should have been in my name, tried explaining that to them on the phone, that a 17 year old couldn't possibly have been responsible for the gas and electric for many reasons, but largely because I was. They insisted that it wasn't me who owed it. They tried to claim that the person they had written too had taken out a finance agreement with someone whilst at that address (also incorrect) and that made them legally responsible for gas and electric! I offered to send proof that the person they wanted wasn't the person they needed, and that it was me that they might have had a dispute with, but continued to insist they couldn't speak to me.

Suffice it to say these morons buy data from a terrible source, and don't have the ability to the scam they're trying to scam people with.

After pursuing a child for debt, and being told as such they decided to continue. They didn't appreciate the Trust Pilot review which said as such. Trust Pilot disagreed with them. So I felt it appropriate to raise awareness on the immoral, and potentially illegal, actions of this company.

Recently taken to court by overdales. Id like to thank reece. His lies made it easy for me to have their entire case struck out. They also breached orders four times and didnt show up to court on two occassions.

My first attempt at a review was declined. I assume it was due to the content. They are a horrible company and should be ashamed issuing ccj's in the current situation in this country. My family will have to go without now to fulfill their dream!

Was contacted by overdales stating I owed money, after sending them screenshots of payments I had infact paid. Case closed. Unfortunately this company doesn’t do there checks before trying to hound honest payers. Absolutely disgusting service
