- I used BWS as my acting solicitors for my house sale and subsequent purchase of another house.
- Erica was the acting solicitor and Reanne was the trainee solicitor handling my case.
I am incredibly grateful for the hard work and effort Reanne has put into this case. It was not straightforward nor easy and yet she kept me fully apprised of the situation at all times, she was patient, professional, and knowledgeable.
Reanne gave me confidence and reassurance that everything that could be done was being done to deal with the external challenges posed by this sale and purchase.
Another point of appreciation to note is that when Reanne was out of the office, I was informed of who my case was delegated to, Nicole picked up the case and was equally as helpful as Reanne.
I can only praise the service I received from Erica, Reanne, and Nicole, I would recommend BWS with confidence.

This is the third time of using BWS Law. (The first time being a personal house sale with Erica Brownen, and the reason for me recommending the firm to the local council I work for.)
From beginning to end, for all 3 sales, the work has been outstanding.
Their fees are very competitive and extremely transparent, customer service is second to none, communication and responses are always prompt. They do not slow the process up at all, unlike other solicitors I have come across.
