Before instructing this firm of solicitors make sure that you have a clear understanding of their charges or agree a set fee. I moved over to them from the previous firm that occupied their premises and have been shocked by their high fees and total lack of communication

Been using this firm since the days of John Rabey and always had excellent service. New people have taken over since our lovely solicitor Paul Granville retired, but things haven’t changed. Excellent service from Hannah, Lynsey, Andrew and all the rest of the staff. Thank you.

They recently dealt with a grant of probate and a flat sale on my behalf.
They were very efficient. I dealt mainly with Steph and Samantha. They were both very helpful and communication was excellent. I had to visit their office a few times as well, and the staff there were very friendly and helpful.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Awful firm to deal with. £320 charge to sign a letter and return to western power. Invoice detailed "having to take phone calls relating to the matter, having to email regarding the matter, communications with western power and communications with their client". All of these charges are as a result of us having to chase them for 3 months to do a job that could have taken 15 minutes. Avoid at all costs.

We have dealt with them on a recent property transaction. They were slow, gave poor advice and were woeful communicators. Every other party involved in the transaction felt that they made things unnecessarily difficult and stressful for all concerned. They didn't return emails or telephone calls and only actioned things when you got to the end of your tether. I would not recommend that anyone uses this firm as they make what can be a stressful transaction even worse. Awful.
