So far they have been excellent.No unnecessary emails or contact. Every few months I'm kept up to date with an email containing everything pertinent to me and the progress so far.
Based on the performance so far I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Received an email stating my file being closed after someone assuming that as I live in Scotland I bought my vehicle in Scotland which is not the case, and I've been over this before.
I'm so disappointed with this again as it is so stressful getting these emails but I quickly got onto it and I've been assured quickly that all is in order.
We will see but far from convinced or happy so far.

I cant fault Milberg, whilst I don't have a single point of contact there is always someone who comes back to me quickly with any answers to my questions asked, despite working with what must be hundreds of claimants.
I'm really pleased with the level of information updating me on the case- it's also set out in a way that as a layman I can understand. Further there was a video update which was incredibly useful but also made it feel personable.
Submitting documents was also easy and surprisingly non onerous.
