We recently used Kingsley Bond Solicitors for our first home purchase and we couldn't be happier with the service provided by Jay and his team.
From the very beginning, the communication was clear, professional, and incredibly prompt. Navigating the legalities of a house purchase can be stressful, but Jay made the entire process feel seamless and manageable. He was always one step ahead, ensuring every detail was covered and keeping us updated at every milestone.

We used Kingsley Bond's conveyancing services for two unrelated transactions, one being a purchase and the other a sale after having them recommending by our mortgage advisor. Big mistake!
We had a stressful experiences with both transactions and wouldn't recommend their services.
They didn't reply to our emails unless we followed-up several times and would rarely take calls. There was no communication to let us know how the transactions were progressing. In many instances we could have helped by communicating with other parties involved.
On completion of the purchase we were faced with a significant charge for the 'Searches Pack' that was missing from the original fee estimate and would have influenced our decision to use Kingsley Bond as it made them more expensive than other quotes we had. On querying the omission they acknowledged it was missing and should have been included, but pointed out it was mentioned in their 'Customer Care' pack which is an extremely long document (about 80 pages) containing so much information you were unlikely to have noticed it was missing.
On completion of the sale, which had dragged on for months even though it was a very simple transaction, we were faced with an expedited fee because we wanted to complete before Christmas to avoid another 2 week delay. The last day Kingsley Bond were prepared to complete before Christmas was 19th December and you would have thought they could have pointed out the fact it would cost us an extra £210.
In both cases we queried these charges and received less than satisfactory response from Laura Maggs who was the Senior Licensed Conveyancer on both transactions. We even had to chase for a response and our replies to the less than satisfactory responses were ignored.
They provide absolutely no 'Customer Service' and don't seem to care.
