Would give zero. Never sent me emissions paperwork through. Chase up most days. Never have a response. Can only assume these solicitors are scammers. Nobody could be this unprofessional

Although I wasn't with Venus for long I was delt with by Zoe with the utmost professionalism and understanding and patience it was a real pleasure with the way she delt with my Diesel Claim I felt so reassured
