I highly recommend Goodwin Barrett and the service they have provided in dealing with my St James’s Place complaint. They have made the process straightforward and pain-free, doing all the administration necessary, and keeping me informed at every stage of the process. And today I received welcome compensation straight into my bank account. Yes, they charge 30%, but I reckon that is the going rate, and would I have reached this conclusion without them? AMK were very persistent in pursuing my claim, which took 12 months to bring to a successful conclusion. During this time, AMK kept me updated on a monthly basis. Have had every good experience with AMK. Was dubious at first but after talking to a lady there thought would give it a try. She had explained that they would charge 40 percent of any monies claimed back from St James Place but 60percent of something is better than 100 percent of nothing. It took a while but I had many emails etc keeping me up to date and finally got my money. Just over£200, not a great deal but very nice especially in January and it is money I would not have got without AMK Legal. Would never have claimed or kept up by myself

Excellent service. Well communicated and very easy to deal with. Payment upon claim settlement was very quick as well. Would definitely recommend using AMK Legal again if the need arises.
