Having been recommended Geoff White Solicitors I tried to book an appointment with them and have been met with silence for over a week.

I sought their services for revocation of my driver's licence and assisting with a police investigation however, their communication was very poor and there was little accountability. The charges were dropped by the police 2 months prior to me actually knowing as I wasn't informed and when I called up the solicitors they said hadn't been told despite the police assuring me they had.

I wouldn’t recommend this firm based on my friend’s experience. Communication was very poor, and they constantly had to chase for updates without getting clear answers. They felt frustrated by the lack of progress and support throughout the case. A much higher level of professionalism and client care was expected. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

This expertise was not just in his presentations. When preparing for court, the team did their homework — they investigated comparable cases, pre-empted prosecution arguments, and were ready with thoughtful counterarguments. That level of preparation gave me confidence and peace of mind.

3. Personal, Client-Focused Approach

What really sets this firm apart is the personal touch. Rather than feeling like a dossier number, I felt like a real person — someone whose life and future truly mattered. Geoff and his associates took time to listen, to reassure, and to explain in non-technical language. At no point did I feel rushed or sidelined.

They were also extremely responsive. Whenever I had questions (and I had many), the team answered promptly, and when I felt lost at times, they guided me patiently through the legal process. Their empathy made a stressful situation much more bearable.

I approached Geoff White to help with a defence matter. The initial consultation seemed quite promising. Thereafter, there was a total lack of communication by them, my emails were mostly ignored, as was my request for information. I was not given any consultation time to explain my case.
On the day of first hearing, I was not greeted, and was left on my own wondering what was happening. Upon messaging Mr White, I found he was on holiday and somebody else was there as representative. This person was very pleasant and helpful but had not been informed as to the details about my case, and with whom I had the briefest of consultations. However the outcome was what I had hoped.
It got progressively worse trying to get information from the company and they disregarded evidence I was giving them. All of the staff I spoke to were dismissive and disrespectful and I was 'hurried' off the phone many times. Eventually these exchanges culminated in an extremely unprofessional conversation with Mr White, who was rude, patronising, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in my defence. I decided to find someone else.
The only redeeming element in all of this, and gives them the 1 star, is the helpfulness of the court representative, but mostly the office manager, who by far had a more interactive, understanding and helpful manner than all the people in the office combined.
