Absolutely horrific service. I was sent a witness statement and told to sign I have been trying to contact him for the last two months to tell them that there is errors in the witness statement and no one's getting back to me

When writing to express concerns to the DSLG Legal Services Complaints Dept, rather than asking for details such as who when and where etc, the Complaints Manager, Lorraine Hone worte: -
"As you indicate that you believe we have been dishonest and lack integrity, I do not consider it appropriate for this to be addressed by our complaints procedure or by way of meditation and would recommend that you direct your concerns about our firm to the Solicitors Regulation Authority who deal with complaints of this nature."

As DLG Legal Services are not interested in the details of my concerns I truat they would have no issue with them being published here.

If I could give 0 stars I would shocking service. The language barrier makes it hard to understand and sort your claim. The communication is almost dead, having to chase my claim still almost 2 years later. Worst company ever was recommended by our car insurance company I would never recommend to anyone and certainly never going back. The accident I had wasn't my fault but felt like it was using this company. DO NOT USE!!!

I suffered from a bulging disc due to a car accidents and was told I'm lying even though I had a scan to prove this. Almost been 3 years and still haven't solved my claim. Worst solicitors to ever exist. Avoid like the Rona. Unprofessional and incompetent.

Would give '0' if I could. The staff are incompetent - I wouldn't have been with this company if it wasn't for it being attached to my legal cover from Esure. The staff leave all the time so clients are constantly passed around, no one passes on messages or keeps you updates and the managers are useless. I have opening a complaint with ombudsmen but I doubt that will change their abilities - avoid!
