The whole transaction has been delayed due to Ismail being IMPOSSIBLE to reach and not responding to emails or phone calls. This lack of communication is causing so much stress and upset, and is making it extremely difficult for the solicitors in the chain who are trying to keep everything moving forward.

After several property transactions satisfactorily completed we would have no hesitation in using Shelsea and the team again.

My partner and I used Apex as a recommendation from our mortgage broker. Truthfully, we were skeptical with any solicitor having not used any before, however, we cannot recommend Ismail enough. He is communicative, thorough and has a high attention to detail throughout the whole process. We will certainly recommend him and his team to friends / family.

I strongly advise avoiding this company. Our sale is on the verge of falling through solely due to the mishandling by Katie and Ismael. If either of them is assigned to your case, consider it a major red flag. Me being not your client does not mean that your solicitors are incompetent. But well done finding time to reply to a review but you would not find time to reply to multiple emails from my solicitor.
