I have recently sold my property in Liverpool and Peter Caswell at Taylor Bracewell Solicitos acted on my behalf and he was outstanding. This was a very difficult sale due to the fact that the other party's solicitors was excessive in their demand and clearly ignorant but Peter was very patient during what ended up being a long drawn out process. Peter maintained professionalism at every step, he was proactive and knowledgeable and provided every information demanded. Most importantly, he answered all my questions promptly each time and really stewarded the sale very well. I never thought we would get there due to the mountain of documentation the other party demanded but thanks to Peter's experience and patience, we got there. I cannot recommend him enough as selling this property was life changing for me. Thank you so much Peter and team.

Really informative and clear initial call - took the time to listen to my situation, understand what was needed and answer all my questions. One small mistake in the first draft of the Will (no-one’s perfect!) but quickly rectified. Peace of mind that everything is looked after if I die.

I have never been more disappointed and disgusted with a company in all my life if anyone is thinking about using these when buying a property please don't. There is no communication and just lies after lies after lies and constantly being fobbed off. I am living away from partner with my 3 daughters one who is only 6 months due to Taylor bracewell telling us our house was going to complete on the 20th so my house went through and Taylor bracewell lied so left me basically homeless and then proceeded to tell us the exchange would happen for the 27th of this month but are now being told that won't happen. I will say again the lack of communication and lies is absolutely disgusting. They clearly are not bothered about making us homeless or the fees it has cost me with movers and storage. If I could give zero stars I would. ❗❗❗❗ PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS ❗❗❗❗ Reading the reviews it seems to have happened a few times to other people. I will not remove my review at all your client might be happy but I'm not with the way you have dealt with the ongoing purchase. After all the lies you have told it's ridiculous it's been quite hard for our solicitors to get in contact with yourselves after constantly ignoring emails and phone calls I also have proof of some of the lies you have told which I can add on of needed! The funds for the property was released to you at 9am this morning but yet our solicitor had to phone you which was at dinner to ask if you had received it as you did not get in contact with her so we didn't get our keys till late afternoon which I think that was a little petty on your side! As I said I will not remove my review if it will help someone else not to be treated the way we have!! And obviously your client will be happy with your service seen as though she works for Taylor Bracewell!!

Absolutely brilliant. Richard supported me with a settlement agreement with my employer.
