From start to finish I felt that the team were professional and efficient but also friendly. I loved the seamless system for moving through the legal paperwork to get the sale of my house across the line in a timely manner. And how about this, the sale went through on my birthday and Adam sent me birthday wishes which is really a wonderful personal touch and confirms that you are not "just a client", you are a client that matters. We had Katie work as our conveyancer on the sale of my late mother's house. She kept in touch as the sale progressed and responded quickly to any questions either us or the buyer's solicitors had. Fees were very reasonable too.
