Professional service in amending my Will. There did seem to be some confusion regarding AML clearance procedures. I was initially asked to respond to ThirdFort prompts but received and responded to prompts from One Search as, as I was later informed, WHSS had switched from one service to another. There was a puzzling time lapse when staff seemed to be still waiting for my responses even though I had twice completed the One Search procedure.
