I have been extremely pleased by the support and highly professional service provided by Dunn and Baker during the recent sale of a property.
The initial phases of the process were completed easily and swiftly using the company’s dedicated App that also clearly recorded the progression and status of the conveyance.
However, nothing compares to the reassurance provided by personal communication with a friendly, highly competent and efficient solicitor, so I am forever grateful to Peter Gaywood, who has skilfully and successfully guided me through this process and indeed other complex legal transactions previously.

Very, very disappointed with Dunn & Bakers handling of my Mums Estate during Probate. It was ,supposedly, an uncomplicated,straightforward affair to settle ??
I've lost count how many different Solicitors were involved. Mum died in June 2022.
We're still waiting to hear if the ECC tax has been paid. !
