I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from SDS Solicitors. My claim has now been ongoing for 27 months, with very little progress or meaningful updates throughout that time.

Communication has been particularly poor. Updates have been minimal, and I have often had to chase for information rather than being kept informed proactively. This has added unnecessary stress and uncertainty to an already difficult situation.

Another early major concern was the constant change of solicitors handling my case. The lack of continuity has made it difficult to build trust or maintain any momentum, as I repeatedly have to explain my case to new representatives. This has only contributed to further delays.

Overall, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend their services based on the lack of communication, consistency, and timely progress.

The initial claim was handled perfectly - no need to pay my insurance company the excess fee that would have been charged despite it being a no-fault claim. They provided a replacement car super quickly and dealt with the whole thing very well and couldn’t have been more helpful.

A year or so later there was still an issue with claiming back fees for the replacement car from the 3rd party’s insurance, so there was a lot of resupply of information, but this too was dealt with efficiently.

Overall, I am really happy with the service provided by Auto Claims Assist - particularly Aisha who handled the case. if only the same could be said of the speed and valuation of the car by the 3rd party insurance company!
